Caddick has submitted a planning application for a 700,000 sq ft industrial and logistics development adjacent to Junction 22 of the M1 in Leicestershire.
The proposed J22 M1 Employment Hub will comprise six BREEAM Excellent-rated units in addition to new public green spaces, wildlife habitats and ecological corridors.
