Cadogan has appointed Colliers’ London leasing team to provide leasing advice across its 500,000 sq ft office portfolio.
The Colliers team will work alongside the retained Miles Commercial team and advise Cadogan on securing new tenants, asset management, design and development advice, property marketing and flexible office solution opportunities across Cadogan’s assts, which includes Sloane Street, the King’s Road and Duke of York Square.
The F&B and hotels teams at Colliers already work with Cadogan across its estate.
