Last year’s survey of commercial and residential landlords found that 37% of residential landlords were not aware of the EPC rule changes and that 52% of commercial and residential landlord respondents had no plan in place to ensure compliance. Most commercial landlords (80%) were also unsure of the costs involved in meeting EPC standards.
Blick Rothenberg is running the survey again to find out what has changed in the past 12 months.
