Cameron Homes has exchanged contracts to acquire a 5-acre residential development site in the Worcestershire village of Honeybourne.
The site, which is located on the north western fringes of the Cotswolds, has outline planning for 40 dwellings, 40% of which have been allocated affordable.
Cameron Homes has appointed White Ridge Architecture to prepare a reserved matters application for submission to the local planning authority this summer.

We’ll be submitting a detailed planning application for a quintessential £14m Cameron development of beautifully designed and detailed family houses this summer.”
