Capital&Centric has secured planning consent to deliver 192 rental homes at the Fitzwilliam site in Sheffield.
The site is located directly opposite the developer’s Eyewitness Works scheme where it has already restored two Grade II listed cutlery works and delivered Brunswick – an industrial-style new-build.
The new homes, which will be ready to welcome residents from spring 2029, will be run by Ollo, Capital&Centric’s lifestyle rental brand.
Fitzwilliam is the next step for the 15-acre Mesters’ Village Masterplan, which will see around 2,500 homes, makers’ spaces, co-working hubs, cafés, delis and a school delivered over the next decade.
