Carter Jonas has launched a specialist filming location services offer, which will source, secure and manage filming locations.
Led by Dan Douglas, head of filming at Carter Jonas, the service provides access to an extensive portfolio of locations across the UK, including residential and rural property as well as industrial and development sites. The portfolio also includes specialist sites such as quarries, hospitals and industrial outdoor storage.
For owners, the service creates a commercial opportunity to generate an additional income stream from property which may be unoccupied, underutilised or available for short-term production needs around their primary use.
Acting on behalf of landowners, Carter Jonas manages the process end-to-end from marketing and viewings to licensing, on set coordination and reinstatement.
