Nivek Catering Supplies has signed for 20,501 sq ft of space at phase two of Clearbell Capital’s LOC8 multi-let industrial estate in Maidstone.
Following completion of the letting, phase two – which comprises 245,000 sq ft across 11 units – is now 50% let. Three units are still available at the site, ranging in size from 25,601 sq ft to 36,398 sq ft. Phase one of LOC8, which comprised 245,000 sq ft across 11 units, is fully let.
Phase one achieved BREEAM Very Good rating and EPC ratings of A and A+ for the units. For the second phase of development Clearbell is targeting BREEAM Excellent.
