CBRE has appointed Kevin Wood as head of the company’s Oxford office, effective 1 January 2025.

Wood will replace Richard Venables, who will focus on broader business development opportunities, having led the office since 2022.

Wood joined CBRE’s Oxford office two years ago from Lambert Smith Hampton, where he was head of office and ran the agency team.

Tom Morris, managing director of Midlands and South at CBRE, said: “We’re pleased to welcome Kevin as the new head of office and want to thank Richard for the outstanding job he has done, and significant impact he has made on our growth trajectory. As our Oxford office enters its next phase of development and growth, I look forward to working closely with Kevin as we expand our proposition to clients in the region.”

Wood added: “I’m excited to take on this role and continue working alongside our talented team in Oxford. Under Richard’s stewardship, we have achieved impressive growth over the past two years. I look forward to building on this momentum, adding further service lines and providing an even greater depth of coverage for our clients.”
