CBRE has appointed Lauren Verdi Bowker as an associate director in its building surveying team in Manchester.
Verdi Bowker joins CBRE from Colliers where she was a senior building surveyor. She will initially work with CBRE’s director and northern dilapidations lead Chris Mann to further develop the firm’s dilapidations service line offer and will be primarily based in the Manchester office
She has a strong background in dilapidations and technical due diligence, development (logistics), contract administration, project management and development monitoring.
