CBRE has made three promotions at its office in Oxford. Gudrun Hamilton has been promoted to director and Will Davis and Ben Haynes have been promoted to associate director.

Hamilton (pictured), who specialises in property valuations, joined CBRE’s Oxford office in 2022 as an associate director. She now covers the CaMKOx region, with a particular focus on the growing life sciences and technology and living sectors.

Davis joined the company as a surveyor in 2022 from VSL & Partners. As an associate director in CBRE’s industrial and logistics team, he specialises in land and property disposals and acquisitions across CaMKOx.

Chartered building surveyor Haynes moved to CBRE’s Oxford office last year, having previously spent three years at CBRE in London. In January, he joined Turner Townsend, the majority-owned subsidiary of CBRE.

Kevin Wood, head of CBRE’s Oxford office, said: “We are continuing to build a market-leading team in Oxford, and attracting and retaining the very best talent is key to achieving our growth ambitions for the office. The promotions are recognition of the valuable contribution each person has made to the business and the important role they will continue to play in the future.”

In addition to the promotions, CBRE Oxford recently appointed Alex Crawshaw as a director to establish a new property management team.

Wood added: “We have identified property management as a growth area for the business and having Alex on board will enable us to capitalise on the opportunities in the regional market.”
