CBRE has made a trio of appointments in its London occupier transactions team.

Peter Dinnick, who specialises in West End office rent reviews, lease renewals and re-structures, has joined the team as a senior director. Dinnick spent the past eight years at Gerald Eve and subsequently was a partner at Newmark, following its acquisition of Gerald Eve.

Ben Harris, who previously worked for Savills, and Mel Bevan (pictured), who has moved internally from CBRE’s Dublin office, have both joined the team as associate directors.

Katherine Bain, senior director in CBRE’s London occupier transactions team, said: “This trio of appointments demonstrates our ability to strategically enhance our offering in line with clients’ evolving needs. Truly understanding how organisations make decisions about their workplace is a crucial step in providing best-in-class advice, setting both CBRE and its clients up for success.”
