Chancerygate and Bridges sell Hayes business park to Ableprop

Chancerygate and Bridges Fund Management have sold Harlequin Business Park in Hayes, West London, to Ableprop for an undisclosed price.

The 90,000 sq ft sustainable urban logistics development comprises nine leasehold units ranging from 5,100 sq ft to 39,700 sq ft. 

The scheme, which is situated on Southall Lane near the established Beaver Industrial Estate, International Trading Estate and Western International Market, achieved practical completion in early August this year.

Harlequin Business Park has achieved EPC A+ and BREEAM Excellent ratings and all the units feature air-source heat pumps and solar panels on their roofs.
