Cheffins has hired William Clarke from BioMed Realty as a divisional director.
Clarke was a leasing director in Cambridge for BioMed Realty and prior to that he spent more than a decade at Savills advising on the disposal and acquisition of office, tech and life science assets.
Clarke said: “Cambridge’s commercial property market is highly specialised and innovation-driven, and as the city consolidates its position as a global hub for technology and life sciences, I’m excited to continue my career journey in a market in which I am already familiar. I am looking forward to re-connecting with longstanding contacts, as well as build new relationships across the region.
