Clarion Housing Group has secured planning permission to redevelop the vacant Regent House office building in Dorking into 126 new affordable rental homes.
The Assael Architecture-designed scheme, which is located next to Dorking train station, will also provide approximately 500 sq m of commercial space.
Clarion is hoping to make a start on site in 2025 and the housing group is now looking to confirm a construction partner for the project.
