Clearbell Capital and joint venture partner Deva Capital have acquired three industrial and logistics assets totalling 150,000 sq ft for an undisclosed price.
In Maidenhead, the joint venture has acquired six industrial units providing 28,741 sq ft at Cordwallis Industrial Estate (pictured), which are currently let to four businesses, with two units vacant.
At The Orbital Centre in Cannock the joint venture has purchased units 5A-5B, which provide 54,341 sq ft and have a lease event in early 2026, and in Swindon the JV has acquired a 67,391 sq ft facility at Athena Avenue, Elgin Industrial Estate, which currently serves as the UK headquarters for Robnor Resinlab. The business recently renewed its lease for 10 years.
Rob Cole, investment director at Clearbell Capital, said: “This acquisition demonstrates the breadth of our investment strategy and the opportunities we’re finding across different logistics sub-sectors. From urban multi-let repositioning in Maidenhead, to mid-box properties in the Midlands, to secure income from an established headquarters operation in Swindon – we’re building a diversified portfolio with multiple value drivers. We were thrilled to close out 2025 with this acquisition and look forward to doing more in 2026.”
Clearbell and Deva were advised by Newmark and the vendor was advised by Index.
