Clearbell lets 30,000 sq ft Tunbridge Wells unit to trampoline park operator

Clearbell Capital has let a 30,000 sq ft unit at North Farm Road in Tunbridge Wells to trampoline park operator AirHop on a 15-year lease.

Clearbell has comprehensively refurbished the unit, adding modern mechanical and electrical systems to improve its energy efficiency rating from an EPC D to B.

Toby Saul, director at Clearbell Capital, said: “We’re delighted to bring AirHop to Tunbridge Wells, adding a fresh and exciting experience to the area’s leisure scene.
