Cluttons has appointed Virginia Blackman as a partner and head of site assembly and compulsory purchase.
Blackman joins Cluttons from Avison Young, where she was principal of site assembly and compulsory purchase and served on the UK executive committee. She also chairs the RICS expert working group on CPO and compensation.
She has more than 25 years of experience advising on development, regeneration and infrastructure, with a particular focus on de-risking complex projects through site assembly, compulsory purchase and appropriation.
