Catella APAM, acting on behalf of Britannia Invest A/S, has let 20,034 sq ft to Victoria College of Art and Design at Bridgewater House in Manchester.
The college has signed a 16-year lease on the fifth floor of the recently refurbished 180,000 sq ft building at a rent of £26/sq ft.
