Trewan Hall holiday park in St Columb, Cornwall, has been put up for sale with a guide price of £3.5m+.

The holiday park features a Grade II listed manor house set within 36 acres of gardens and grounds.

The business has been in the same family ownership since 1961 and operates predominantly as a caravan and camping park which benefits from 150 hook-ups and 200 pitches, with additional revenue generated from an array of properties across the site.

The manor house provides seven apartments and additional properties within the grounds include a detached four-bedroom farmhouse, a detached four-bedroom bungalow and two recently converted self-contained two-bedroom holiday cottages.

The grounds also provide an extensive range of facilities including a heated outdoor swimming pool and shower blocks, a site shop and four barns that can either used for guest entertainment or storage.

Matthew Smith, partner at Knight Frank, which has been appointed to market the opportunity, said: “Currently operating as a multi-faceted lifestyle business, Trewan Hall really is an exciting opportunity for a new owner to further utilise the 36 acres, and we are of the opinion the business will appeal to an array of buyer profiles to include first time entrants seeking a hospitality business in Cornwall, holiday park owners looking to further develop the site with additional accommodation, and exclusive-use owners seeking an elegant Grade II Manor House for weddings and events.

“After 64 years in the same ownership this is a superb opportunity for a buyer to capitalise on the increase in domestic and international visitors to Cornwall, with the future opportunity to potentially expand the accommodation and amenities on the site.”
