Cube Real Estate has appointed Tandem Property Asset Management to oversee a 450,000 sq ft portfolio of retail and industrial assets across the UK.
The portfolio of 75 assets, which generates annual rental income of more than £5.5m, includes St Andrews Square Shopping Centre in Droitwich (pictured), Studland Retail Park in Newmarket and Marus Bridge Retail Park in Wigan.
