Delta Energy Systems (UK) has agreed a deal to relocate its Scottish headquarters to M7’s One Rutherglen Links scheme.
The business has signed a 10-year lease on two floors of newly refurbished Grade A space, totalling 11,101 sq ft. The deal will see around 42 employees across engineering, sales and support functions relocate from East Kilbride to the new office.
Situated adjacent to Junction 2 of the M74 motorway, One Rutherglen Links offers excellent connectivity to Glasgow city centre and the wider central belt.
