Derbion has completed a flurry of lettings at the Derby city centre scheme.
Independent toy store BarnDawg has signed for 1,112 sq ft on a five-year lease, bakery school Dew has signed a five-year lease on a 1,340 sq ft unit, health and beauty specialists Savers has taken a 3,207 sq ft unit on a 10-year lease, Thérapie has agreed a deal on a 2,004 sq ft clinic and Royal Oud has signed for a 655 sq ft sq ft space.
Beth McDonald, managing director of Derbion said: “The lettings to Savers, Thérapie and Royal Oud highlight the strong demand we are seeing from health and beauty retailers eager to take space or enhance their units at Derbion. With the recent arrival of Bodycare and Bath & Body Works we are cementing our reputation as the home of health and beauty in the East Midlands, and somewhere the leading brands want to be.
“Meanwhile, we expect to see BarnDawg and Dew become popular favourites amongst our shoppers, and we really look forward to welcoming them to Derbion as we continue to curate a diverse tenant mix which caters for people of all ages.”
