Indurent has let a 129,139 sq ft warehouse to Utopia Brands at Dove Valley Park in Foston, Derbyshire.
The consumer goods business has signed a 10-year lease on the recently furbished Indurent 129 facility.
Utopia Brands first occupied space within Indurent’s portfolio in 2020 when it leased Unit 1 at Coningsby Business Park, Peterborough, comprising approximately 18,000 sq ft. Four months later, the company expanded into Units 2 and 3, adding a further 19,000 sq ft to support growing customer demand. In December 2024, it relocated to a 54,000 sq ft unit at D54, Indurent Park Derby.
George Goldsmith, senior asset manager at Indurent, said: “One of the key advantages of our national portfolio is that we’re able to support customers as their requirements evolve. We’ve worked with Utopia Brands since 2020, helping the business move into larger premises as it has grown. This latest letting is a great example of how we can provide the space and flexibility our customers need.”
