Dominus has made two new senior hires ahead of the launch of its student housing platform in 2026.
John Blanshard has joined the firm as director of PBSA and Sarah Reynolds has been appointed as PBSA operations director.
Blanshard most recently served as director of asset management, student housing (UK) at Mapletree and prior to that, he was chief customer officer at Unite Students and director of operations at Grainger.
Reynolds, who chairs the Association for Student Residential Accommodation (ASRA), led customer-focused operations at iQ Student Accommodation prior to joining Dominus and has more than 20 years of leadership experience across student living and retail.
Blanshard and Reynolds will be responsible for preparing the business to launch its new student platform, creating a new in-house brand, building relationships with university partners and delivering premium student homes tailored to modern academic and lifestyle needs.
