DTRE has bolstered its industrial and logistics leasing team in the North West by hiring Matt Styles as senior surveyor.
Styles began his career as an apprentice property manager at Rendall & Rittner before spending five years at WT Gunson as a commercial surveyor.
In his new role, he will be based in Manchester and will cover the North West and Yorkshire regions.
