The Manor Hotel in Earls Court, London, has been sold to an unnamed private international investor for £6m. The terraced townhouse hotel comprises 28 bedrooms and is set across basement, ground and three upper floors.
It is located within easy walking distance of many of London’s major tourist attractions and transport links.
Alex Sturgess, director in the hotel capital markets team at Savills, which sold the property on behalf of a private individual, said: “We are delighted to complete the sale of this well-located hotel with value add potential. Hotels in excellent locations, close to tourist destinations continue to attract strong investor demand.”
