Education provider Spaghetti Bridge has completed the acquisition of the former Oakwood School on Coombe Road in Croydon.
The 4.6-acre freehold site, which features approximately 26,630 sq ft of existing floor space, including the Grade II listed Coombe House, and has an additional licence for six acres of sports pitches, had been put on the market with a guide price of £6m.
The site will house Oak Bridge School, which will provide a specialised educational environment designed to support a diverse range of students between the ages of 6 and 19, with a focused approach to supporting students with various educational needs.
