RX Global has appointed Emily Wilson as the new director for MIPIM UK and Ireland.
Wilson, who has more than a decade of experience across the built environment, investment promotion and stakeholder engagement, previously held roles at New London Architecture (NLA) and London & Partners.
In her new role, she will lead MIPIM’s commercial and stakeholder engagement activities across the UK and Ireland, working with cities, regions, investors, developers and industry partners to strengthen participation at MIPIM and showcase the region’s investment opportunities to a global audience.
She will also play a key role in growing MIPIM’s presence across the market while ensuring the event continues to reflect the priorities of the UK’s built environment sector.
Wilson said: “Having participated in MIPIM for many years as an exhibitor, speaker and attendee, I am delighted to take on this role at such an exciting time for the event and for the UK and Irish property sector. The UK has an incredibly compelling story to tell, from major regeneration and infrastructure projects to innovation in our cities and regions.
‘I look forward to working alongside Nicolas and the wider MIPIM team to ensure we continue to reflect the priorities of the industry, while supporting the event’s continued growth, including MIPIM’s expansion across Cannes in 2027 with new official destinations complementing its long-standing home at the Palais des Festivals.”
