Engineering group Metal Work UK has purchased a freehold business unit comprising a 6,220 sq ft warehouse and 9,743 sq ft of office space in Milton Keynes.
Following the multi-million pound acquisition and the completion of work on the unit – located on Featherstone Road, Wolverton Mill – Metal Work will move from the company’s existing base at Blackhill Drive, Wolverton Mill.

Operating within these first class facilities will enable us to grow the business while retaining staff and attracting new talent.”
Commercial property consultants Kirby Diamond acted on behalf of Metal Work UK and has been appointed to manage the extension and refurbishment of the new headquarters. It has also been instructed to deal with the sale of Metal Work’s existing premises.
