Estama has completed a flurry of leisure, F&B and retail lettings at The Meadows centre in Chelmsford.
Tenpin bowling operator Hollywood Bowl has signed for a 30,000 sq ft unit for its latest multi-lane bowling, games zone, sports bar and party venue format, restaurant brand Smoke & Pepper has taken a 4,650 sq ft riverside unit for its 14th UK outlet, Suit Direct has signed for a circa 5,000 sq ft unit and lifestyle gifts, gadgets and novelty technology products retailer Big Dog Land has taken a circa 1,500 sq ft unit at the centre.
