Live events company Immersive Everywhere has signed for a 13,300 sq ft space in Covent Garden to host a new immersive experience inspired by hit TV show The Traitors.

Span Group and Pearl and Coutts have let Dynamo Hall at the Arclight building at 60 Short’s Gardens to Immersive Everywhere for The Traitors: Live Experience on a 10-year lease.

The two-hour show, which begins in July, is a social deduction challenge that allows players to step into the roles of Traitors or Faithful, “plotting alliances, betrayal, and deception in a race to uncover the truth”.

Nicholas Emblem, development director at Span Group, said: “The cavernous Dynamo Hall space, within the industrial Victorian Arclight building is a perfect blank canvas for the Immersive Everywhere ambition and creativity to be realised. We are excited to see how they transform the space into The Traitors: Live Experience. And we look forward to the employment, energy and activity this brings to the area and our rejuvenated building.”

Elliot Hargreaves, director at Immersive Everywhere, added: “We needed a very specific type of venue for The Traitors: Live Experience, and Dynamo Hall ticked every box. Its multi-level layout gives us the flexibility not just for this production, but for future ones too. Situated in the heart of Covent Garden, the venue offers an ideal location – we’re excited to open our doors this summer.”

Bluebook and RX London advised Span Group on the letting.
