BE News is delighted to announce that Charlie Green will be delivering the keynote speech at our Spotlight on Managed Workspace event on Thursday 2 October.
Organised by BE News, the only quality, free-to-air news service that covers the entire built environment industry, the free-to-attend event, which is sponsored by Kitt, Maples Teesdale and Yardi, will take place between 5pm and 7.30pm at the head office of host Grosvenor at 70 Grosvenor Street, London, W1K 3JP and explore the theme: ‘How to make office space work for landlords and occupiers.’
During the event, which will be attended by up to 100 senior figures from across the real estate, office and investment sectors, we will shine the spotlight on the managed workspace model and delve into issues such as what occupiers really want, how landlords and operators meet those needs and the role AI, tech and data can play.
The co-founder of flexible workspace provider The Office Group (TOG), which grew to more than 50 locations and 2.4m sq ft under his leadership, will be kicking off the event.
His speech will be followed by a one-hour Question Time-style panel debate moderated by BE News editor-in-chief Liz Hamson and featuring panellists: Lucy Minton, founder & CCO at Kitt; Dellah Gilbert, real estate partner and head of property litigation at Maples Teesdale; Justin Harley, senior director at Yardi; Jonathan Rose, head of flexible workspace at Grosvenor; Alan Pepper, chief executive of Orega; and Lisa Cations, managing director of JCR Advisors.
The keynote and panel debate will be followed by an opportunity to network with some of the most dynamic figures from across the office sector and wider built environment industry.
Spaces are strictly limited and going fast, so if you would like to attend this important and highly topical event, please register your interest by emailing BE News head of client relations Sian Wilde at sian@benews.co.uk.
