Fiera Real Estate and Wrenbridge have agreed a new 150-year lease with Cambridge City Council at a £30m GDV mid-tech scheme in central Cambridge.
Planning approval for ‘The Row’ scheme has been secured and construction is now underway on the two-unit, 67,000 sq ft development. Fiera and Wrenbridge are targeting EPC A*, BREEAM Outstanding and a WiredScore Platinum rating for the development.
The Row was acquired through the Fiera Real Estate logistics development fund in August 2023 and completion of the units is targeted for August 2026.
Harry Gibson, director at Wrenbridge, said: “This project represents the next evolution of Cambridge’s mid-tech market – high-specification, sustainable and designed for the growing occupier demand we’re seeing as the sector continues to mature.”
