Fisher German has appointed Oscar Heap as an associate in the Midlands and Megan Jackson as a surveyor in Manchester to support the firm’s continued expansion across residential investment.

Heap joins from JLL’s living capital markets team in Nottingham, where he advised on residential development land and investment opportunities across the Midlands and wider UK market.

Jackson also joins from JLL, where she completed a degree apprenticeship in real estate management from the University College of Estate Management and spent more than two years in development consultancy.

Alex Isles, partner at Fisher German, said: “Megan’s appointment is another important step in strengthening our development agency presence in the North West as we continue to invest in this growing area of the business. She brings strong technical knowledge, regional market understanding and an impressive breadth of experience early in her career. As activity continues to grow across the North West, Megan will play an important role in supporting clients and expanding our presence in the region.”

Luke Brafield, partner at Fisher German, added: “Oscar’s appointment reflects our continued investment in the growth of our national development agency team. We are seeing significant opportunities across residential investment, single-family housing and affordable housing, alongside growing demand for strategic land advice and support with residential development transactions. Oscar’s experience and market knowledge will further strengthen our ability to support clients across these sectors and help drive continued growth.”
