Structure Tone, the UK specialist fit-out division of US contractor STO Building Group, increased its gross revenue to £448.8m in 2025 compared with £157m the previous year, with profit before tax rising to £12.6m from £1.7m.

The business completed a diverse portfolio of fit-out projects across London during the financial year, delivering commercial workplace fit-outs and refurbishments ranging from £100,000 to £400m to meet the occupational demands of the capital’s key business sectors.

The company has capitalised on London’s current commercial property and fit-out market, which continues to be characterised by constrained supply and sustained occupier demand driven by the ‘flight to quality’ trend. Structure Tone currently has a secured workload of projects worth £1.3bn.

Caroline Williams, chief financial officer at Structure Tone, said: “Our business delivered an exceptional financial performance in 2025, driven by operational excellence and powered by our people, who bring deep expertise and strong relationships, and in whom we continue to invest for the future strength of the business. Our strong balance sheet and order book provide good visibility for the year ahead and a solid foundation for continued sustainable growth in 2026, while ensuring we remain well positioned to continue investing in the business and strengthening our resilience through economic peaks and troughs.”
