The Boutique Workplace Company has signed a management agreement with Unite Students for 10,300 sq ft of flexible workspace at 16-18 Middlesex Street in Aldgate, on the edge of the City of London.
The workspace, which is due to open in the autumn, will span the ground, first, second and third floors of Unite’s 24-storey mixed-use development.
The site will offer a range of fully furnished private offices, breakout spaces and meeting rooms, with the amenity provision including phone booths, showers, bike racks and lockers.
