A disused gas holder facility in Sevenoaks is set to be redeveloped after Sevenoaks Town Council granted planning consent for a 136-home development on the site.
This project has been imagined thanks to a partnership between site owner SGN Place – a property development subsidiary of SGN, Common Projects and MAX Architects.
The former gas holder structures, which sit on the redundant brownfield land on Crampton Road, will be referenced in the design of the new development, which will provide a range of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes.
