Former SEGRO chief operating officer (COO) Andy Gulliford has joined Salmon Property as a consultant.
Gulliford, who spent 19 years at the UK’s largest listed property company, will work closely with CEO Paul Stoodley and COO Anthony Harper to help grow the business.
Stoodley said: “With Salmon’s focus on mid-box industrial developments in London and the South East, Andy’s market knowledge will be a great support to the existing team as we continue to source suitable development land to respond to a resilient occupational market. More broadly, his wider business experience will help us shape the company for continued success.”
