Frasers Group has appointed Savills to provide property management services at East Midlands Designer Outlet.
Located just off Junction 28 of the M1, the 170,000 sq ft scheme comprises more than 65 retail units and 10 food and beverage operators and attracts circa 3.5 million visitors per year.
Savills will provide property management and operational support across the scheme, working alongside Frasers Group, asset manager Global Mutual, and the centre’s occupiers to ensure the smooth running of the outlet and support its ongoing performance.
The instruction includes the day-to-day management of the destination, with a focus on delivering a high quality experience for visitors, retailers and food and beverage operators.
Jenny Banks, director, property management at Savills, said: “East Midlands Designer Outlet is a strong and well-established retail destination with excellent accessibility, a compelling occupier mix and a rich local heritage. We are pleased to be working with Frasers Group to support the continued success of the scheme and deliver best-in-class property management services across the outlet.”
The appointment follows Frasers Group’s acquisition of the outlet in April and Savills recent appointment by Frasers Group at Swindon Designer Outlet.
