Frasers Group has completed a flurry of lettings at the 900,000 sq ft Luton Point shopping centre in Luton.
Choice has exchanged on a new 13,400 sq ft store with a sales area of 7,000 sq ft, which is set to open in Q1 2025, Greggs has exchanged on a relocation to larger premises within the centre, and children’s toy group Toytown recently opened a 6,700 sq ft store. Indian takeaway restaurant brand Tikka Nation has also signed for a 1,788 sq ft unit, which will open next year.
Mark Stapleton, asset manager at Sovereign Centros from CBRE, the shopping centre’s asset manager, said: “Luton Point’s position in the heart of the town is underlined by these deals which continue to build on our strong retail and hospitality offer.”
NM Real Estate and JLL are joint letting agents at the centre.
