Frasers Group has signed a long-term lease on a 101,921 sq ft unit at M&G Real Estate’s Fremlin Walk retail destination in Maidstone town centre.
The retailer will fully refurbish the former House of Fraser unit into a flagship store for Kent featuring several of its brands under one roof, including Flannels and Sports Direct.
