Powis Hotels has put the freehold of Lincombe Hall Hotel and Spa in Torquay, Devon, on the market with a guide price of £4.25m.
The multi award-winning hotel and spa comprises 44 contemporary en-suite bedrooms, which have been recently refurbished and redesigned, a luxury five bubble spa with five treatment rooms and two self-catering apartments.
