An unnamed European alternative investment fund manager has signed for 20,179 sq ft across the top two floors of Quadrum Global’s 11 Belgrave Road office scheme in London’s Victoria.
The 150,000 sq ft building provides 108,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, 14,000 sq ft of communal and amenity space and 13,000 sq ft of green space.
The net zero building has achieved a 5.5* NABERS UK rating, BREEAM Outstanding, WiredScore Platinum and SmartScore Platinum.
