GCW has bolstered its client service offer by making one new hire and promoting an existing team member.
Bobby Share has joined GCW as a surveyor in its occupier advisory division and Chris Kenealy has been promoted to associate director in the owner team.
Share (pictured), who joins the company from Safestore where he handled property acquisitions and development, will work with GCW managing partner Simon Morris on the firm’s growing portfolio of occupier clients. Prior to Safestore, Share worked in Morrisons’ property team.
Kenealy, who joined GCW in 2022, provides leasing advice on numerous shopping centres and high street properties to clients including CBRE Investment Management and NewRiver.
Morris said: “Alongside acquisition projects, our occupier advice is focused on how our clients can extract maximum value from their portfolios in relation to their customer base. Bobby’s in-house occupier experience will be a great addition to our team.”
