Property consultancy GCW has appointed James Waldock from JLL as investment director.
Waldock has more than two decades of industry experience and in his previous role at JLL he was a senior director in the retail capital market division.
In his new role, he will cover the shopping centre, out of town and broader retail capital markets
Waldock said: “It’s time for me to have a fresh outlook and a change. I’m looking forward to using my experience and the clients I have, in a dynamic environment.
