GIA has appointed Robert Bramwell-Carr as director and head of flood risk and drainage.
Bramwell-Carr has more than 20 years’ experience advising public, regulated and private sector clients on water management, flood risk and climate resilience, and will lead a new service offering that further strengthens GIA’s expertise in climate resilience.
Throughout his career, he has worked with major organisations including the Environment Agency and United Utilities, supporting the delivery of complex infrastructure, development and environmental programmes.
His experience spans the full project lifecycle, from strategic planning, feasibility and optioneering through to business case development, stakeholder engagement, technical delivery and major programme leadership.
