Trebor and Hillwood have appointed Glencar as main contractor on the construction of a 335,000 sq ft distribution unit in Crewe.
Crewe 335 is situated on Weston Road and was formally known as the Old Tea Factory.
The unit, which will include a number of sustainability features, will be built to achieve BREEAM Excellent and will be available for occupation in April 2025.
Greg Dalton, development director at Trebor, said: “We’re delighted to have reached the next key milestone on this development having recently completed the demolition works. Since acquiring the site last autumn the team has worked hard to ensure we start the main build works as soon as possible, we’re very pleased to say we can now offer occupation from next April.”
Knight Frank and Avison Young are joint letting agents on the unit.
