Godwin Developments and Bristol-based developer Ferrer Projects have submitted a planning application for a new residential development in Bristol.
The proposed development, which is located on Hope Road in Bedminster, will transform a disused 0.65-acre brownfield site into a residential scheme featuring 88 sustainably designed one- and two-bedroom apartments.
Designed by local architects AHR, the buildings range from three- to seven-storeys in height. The development will also incorporate a landscaped south-facing courtyard with ample planting, walkways and seating.
