Godwin Developments has acquired two brownfield sites totalling 5.2-acres from Nottingham City Council.
The land parcels, which are located in the Bulwell area of the city, benefit from detailed planning consent for 102 two- and three-bedroom affordable family homes secured by Godwin.
The Maple Fields scheme, which will be built on the site of the former Henry Mellish School on Kersall Drive, will provide 57 homes, and the Crescent development (pictured) – situated on the former site of Piccadilly Playing Field – will provide an additional 45 homes.
