Greenlight Urban has secured leasing deals with Howdens and Screwfix at Kings Heath industrial estate in Birmingham.
Howdens has taken a 7,298 sq ft unit and Screwfix has signed for a 5,503 sq ft unit at the industrial estate. Greenlight Urban said two further occupiers are close to signing for space at Kings Heath, which should reach practical completion in the next few weeks.

Greenlight Urban – a joint venture urban logistics platform between clients of Delancey Real Estate and Coltham – was advised by Colliers and Harris Lamb on the lettings.
